Human Rights Policy and Modern-Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

Interrupt Labs Ltd (the “Company” or “We”) is committed to upholding and promoting the human rights of all individuals affected by our operations, including our employees and partners in the supply chain. We are dedicated to creating an environment that acknowledges and promotes equal human rights through internal initiatives and activities. This Human Rights Policy (“Policy”) sets out the fundamental principles that guide our management approach and way of doing business, both with our employees and partners in the supply chain. Ultimately, this policy ensures that we do not engage in operations that directly harm or violate human rights while establishing mechanisms for internal control that take into consideration human rights.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Interrupt Labs Ltd employees, working partners, and suppliers. It is the responsibility of the Operations Director to inform the organisation of updates concerning this policy and ensure that it can be upheld accountable by every organisation interacting with Interrupt Labs Ltd. Additionally, the Board of Directors will oversee the activities by ensuring the highest accountability and respect of the standards disclosed in this Policy.

3. Objectives

By adhering to the specifications contained in our Employee Handbook, we arecommitted to the highest standards in respecting our employees and partners andtheir working conditions. By extending these commitments in respect to theUnited Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, this policywill ensure that human rights are embedded into our operations by ensuring thefollowing objectives:

1. Interrupt Labs will ensure the availability of at least a leadership team to oversee, implement, and update the content of this policy.

2. Human rights will be periodically reviewed during yearly processes aimed at identifying and assessing the company's human rights risks and impacts. To do this, The leadership team will operate by including country analyses and stakeholder consultation.

3. The company will ensure the availability and updating of a plan for integrating human rights throughout the company's operations, such as training, communication, and management systems.

4. The company will ensure that as its size increases, the leadership team will establish and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and/or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to track and communicate on performance.

5. Establish or participate in effective operational-level grievance mechanisms for individuals and communities that may be adversely affected by the company's activities.

6. Regularly review and update the human rights policy and action plan to ensure ongoing effectiveness and relevance.

4. Policy specification

4.1 - Ethical Business Conduct

The Company pledges to maintain and promote the highest standards of ethical conduct as disclosed in our Employee Handbook. As such, we inform new employees of the qualifying characteristics defining the ethical morals of our business.

Additionally, partners and suppliers are required to sign our supplier code of conduct to ensure and testify that their operations respect legal, environmental, and social requirements set by the company.

Interrupt Labs Ltd requires partners, employees, and suppliers to abide by the law at a minimum.

4.2 - Employee Protection from Discrimination

Interrupt Labs Ltd embraces diversity and is committed to the principle of equality among its employees, providing equal opportunities for all, regardless of whether they are employees, clients, suppliers, patients, agents, or otherwise. 4.3 - Employee’s Health and Safety in the Workplace

Interrupt Labs’s policy ‘Health and Safety in the Workplace’ is made available to all employees. It covers reporting accidents and dangerous occurrences, first aid, display screen equipment, office safety, manual handling operations, personal protective equipment, smoking policy, confidentiality, and breaches of health and safety. The policy aims to comply with relevant regulations and reduce risks to employees.

4.4 -Employees’ Rights and Fair Labour Practices

Interrupt Labs Ltd ensures that all employees receive the same treatment regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, country of origin, or any other discriminatory criteria. Employees have access to documentation highlighting procedures for personal leave, benefits, bonus schemes, and learning and development opportunities. Additionally, the company establishes working hours for the entire business and instructs its employees on their duties while respecting their privacy whenever time off is needed.

Employees are compensated above the living standards and have opportunities to receive the same benefits upon the termination of their probation period.

The company ensures that no employee is discriminated against during their working time at Interrupt Labs.

4.5 - Forced and Child Labour Statement

Interrupt Labs is committed to maintaining ethical and fair business practices, with a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, and child labour. The company endorses full compliance with relevant laws and promotes ethical business practices to prevent the exploitation of workers. All employees, workers, or anyone working for the company in any capacity, including agency workers, contractors, and business partners, are required to adhere to this policy.

The company has several policies that set down its approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in its operations. These policies include all those contained within the Employee Handbook, the Health and Safety Policy, and the Recruitment Policy.

The company actively undertakes due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers/contractors.

Its due diligence approach includes obtaining verification that any new suppliers and contractors have a Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking statement or policy in place.

The company ensures the absence of all forms of discrimination in any aspect of the business or its supply chain and provides protection for whistleblowers.

The company ensures that employees are paid at least the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage, depending on their eligibility.
